$5.00 per day	FISD Early Release, covers transportation from school and after school care. No charge for children picked up by 2:30 pm.
Siblings	There is a 10% FAMILY DISCOUNT for siblings on the lesser weekly fee.

FEE PAYMENT POLICY

Fees are payable as long as a child is enrolled in the center whether your child is present or absent and due until a 2 weeks written notice is given. Tuition is due every MONDAY and can be accepted in the form of cash, check, credit/debit or money order. Please make payable to SSAI. Payments will be posted and a receipt will be given upon request. A $15.00 late charge will be added to any balance not paid by FRIDAY morning. If no payment or arrangements have been made by FRIDAY your child will not be accepted for care on MONDAY. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks. Any outstanding balance is due upon withdrawal. Any outstanding balance will be referred to an outside collection agency. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Total tuition fees for a given year will be issued no later than January 30th for current students.

THE CENTER CLOSES AT 6:00 P.M. A FEE OF $1.00 PER MINUTE WILL BE CHARGED FOR PARENTS PICKING UP CHILDREN AFTER 6:00 P.M.

Admission Policies:

Before admission, your child will need:

1. A completed admission form with information about your child.

   PLEASE KEEP ENROLLMENT INFORMATION CURRENT. ANY CHANGES MUST BE FILED.

2. Up to date immunizations as required by the Texas Department of [State Health Services]. Exemptions for immunization requirements must meet criteria specified by the Texas Department of State Health Services rules in 25 TAC 97.62
3. One of the following must be on file within one week of admission, if your child is under the age of 6 years:
   1. A written statement, from a health-care professional who has examined the child within the past year, indicating the child is physically able to take part in the child-care program;
   2. A signed affidavit from the parent stating that medical diagnosis and treatment conflict with the tenets and practices of a recognized religious organization of which the parent is an adherent or a member; or
   3. A signed statement from the PARENT giving the name and address of a health-care professional who has examined the child within the past year stating that the child is able to participate in the program. This must be followed by a signed statement from a health-care professional as specified in paragraph (1) of this subsection within 12 months of the date of admission.
   4. TB testing is NOT currently a required screening in Wilson County.
4. A signed statement by a parent or guardian authorizing the center to obtain emergency medical treatment for your child and provide the name, address, and phone number of your physician.
